This bright and airy, well-presented house is situated just a 10-15 minute stroll from the beach and the centre of the seaside town of Aldeburgh on the Suffolk coast. It's ideal for families and 2-couple groups looking for an active holiday, with plenty of space to store bikes, golf clubs and bird-watching equipment indoors in the large games room.

Ground floor: Hallway with cloakroom/WC and washbasin.
Living/Dining room: Two leather sofas, a matching tub chair, a coffee table and rug, 32" HD TV with a FreeSat HD box, and a DVD player. The dining area has a modern wooden table with a Cath Kidston oil cloth cover and six chairs. Sideboard with selection of games and bookcase with books, DVDs and CDs. CD player/radio and Bose iPod dock. Patio doors to a large enclosed paved back garden.
Kitchen: This has an electric hob and oven, a freestanding fridge-freezer, microwave and a slimline dishwasher. You'll also find a washing machine in the games room.
Games room/utility room: There's a large games room with table football, a washing machine, and doors to the front drive and to the back garden. This is an ideal space to store your items for the beach, or bigger things such as bicycles, golf clubs and other sporting equipment.

First floor: Landing
Bedroom 1: A king bedroom with bedside tables, a large built-in wardrobe, and a dressing table with drawers.
Bedroom 2: A double bedroom with bedside tables and a dressing table with drawers. A wardrobe is on the landing just outside the bedroom door.
Bedroom 3: A single bedroom with a bedside table, dressing table and a large built-in wardrobe.
Family bathroom: There's a bath and a separate shower, a WC and a wash basin.
Outside: At the front there is off road parking for two cars, and further on road parking can be found nearby. At the rear is a large patio garden that catches the sun throughout the day. There's a large oak table and 6 chairs with a parasol and a BBQ. Beyond the garden are the Poplar trees that give the house its name.
This terraced property is in a cul-de-sac estate just off Leiston Road in Aldeburgh. A footpath leads through to the Church Farm Road that runs to the beach 0.4 miles away, where you'll see Maggie Hambling's famous Scallop sculpture.
Aldeburgh is a popular traditional seaside town with many excellent restaurants and independent shops. The High Street is a 10-15 minute walk away or a short drive. Within a short walk of the house is a Co-op supermarket, recreational fields and tennis courts.
