Aldeburgh has a variety of shops including a supermarket, butchers, newsagents, banks, fish and chip shops, cinema and a good selection of restaurants, hotels and pubs. Recreational facilities include sailing on the River Alde at Slaughden, golf courses in Aldebrugh and Thorpeness, the meare Boating Lake at Thorpeness, and tennis courts in Park road, Aldebrugh. There is also a swimming pool at the Leiston Sports Centre.

NOTES:
1. Tenants/occupiers of this maisonette should respect the fact that there are persons below and to both sides of the property. Please keep noise to a minimum.
2. Tenants and occupiers of the maisonette are requested not to smoke or allow others to smoke within the property.
3. The dustbin(s) located to the side of 21 should be used for refuse. They should be put out for collection on the front boundary for collection early on a Thursday morning or Wednesday evening.
4. There is a telephone at the property. Please pay for telephone calls using the jar by the telephone. Please use the telephone for calls within the UK only.
5. The tenant should provide their own sheets, pillowcases and towels.
6. Please NO PETS to be kept at this property.
7. A charge at cost will be made for gas and electricity used during the winter months October to April inclusive. Meters will be read at entry and exit. This charge is payable in addition to the rent.
