Gamekeeper's Cottage sleeps 5 + cot in 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single bedroom, and is available all year round (except Easter). Included in the weekly rental is central heating and bed linen. Our visitors book speaks for itself.
- Parking: 4 cars. No problem with boat parking if required

- Children: Any under supervision (please note there is an unfenced pond 80m distance)
- Pets: Sorry strictly no pets.
- No smoking in the cottage please.
Weekly rental ranges from £298 to £480.

Description:
Totally secluded and private ex-gamekeepers cottage extended with separate entrance room and dining room with large sitting room. Latter has open fire possible and dining room has a wood burner although full central heating is provided. Large garden and 4 acres woodland to roam in. Much wild life.
Location:
With 4 acres of woodland in 100 acre wood. The village is 5 miles from Southwold for the sea and 5 miles from Beccles for the river. It is within easy reach of the Minsmere nature reserve and other Suffolk and Norfolk attractions.
