Courtyard Cottage is a traditional and modernised mid terrace Victorian town house with stylish accommodation arranged over three floors situated in the heart of this picturesque castle market town.
Ground Floor - sitting room with open fireplace (not in use), two sofas, colour TV (with digital channels) and video player; newly fitted kitchen with electric cooker & gas hob, microwave, table and seating for 4; rear lobby housing a washing machine and fridge-freezer.
Outside - small courtyard garden with bistro table & chairs to seat 4, BBQ. 
Shared parking with neighbouring houses for 1 car.
First Floor - double bedroom with 1 double bed; new bathroom with power shower and heated towel rail.
Second Floor - Steep modern stairs leading to twin bedroom with panoramic views over Framlingham
Facilities - central heating, games, toaster, kettle, iron, BBQ (summer only), cappuccino maker, hairdryer, kettle, parking, linen and towels included, heating. Shops (bakery, deli, chemist, & supermarket) - 50 yards Pubs & restaurants - 50 yards
No children  (under 8 years old, except babes in arms) or pets - our property is unsuitable due to the nature of the small courtyard and very steep stairs to the second floor.
