Standing in an acre of grounds overlooking Middleton Moor, this spacious two-bedroom holiday cottage is adjoined to the main house, both having been created from the conversion of a 19th century red brick barn just a few years ago.

Idyllically set beside a freshwater pond, the area surrounding the buildings is a haven for many different species of birds that visit throughout the year.

The location is ideal for visiting the picturesque seaside towns along the Suffolk Heritage Coast such as Aldeburgh, Southwold, Dunwich, Walberswick and Orford, as well as the Snape Maltings and the RSPB bird reserve at Minsmere.

The area is wonderful to visit at any time of the year and the barn is always cosy having full central heating and a wood-burning stove.

The cottage offers spacious accommodation for 4 people and there is room for a further 2 people on the sofa bed in the lounge. It is equipped and furnished to a high standard, with all the amenities and comforts to be found at home. There is good parking available adjacent to the cottage.

The pretty village of Yoxford is located just a mile away and has an excellent general store, pubs and a Post Office that sells organic bread and local produce. The friendly pub in Middleton serves very good food. There are many excellent restaurants in the area.

Nearby there are golf courses, equestrian facilities, bicycle hire and many other attractions.

We are sorry but pets cannot be accepted and it is requested that guests do not smoke indoors. As the cottage is located near two unfenced ponds it is not really suitable for families with very young children (under 5 years).
