Open all year, with weekly rental ranging from £385 to £585 per week self catering
Quayside sits on the banks of the River Deben at Waldringfield (approximately 5 miles south of Woodbridge and 7 miles east of Ipswich).
Waldringfield is a peaceful coastal village and home to a world-class sailing club, excellent 18-hole golf course and the famous beachfront Maybush Inn. Deben Cruises operates from the boatyard, providing relaxed river trips with informative commentary on the treasures of this much-loved estuary.
We have two stylish detached holiday cottages here in the grounds of Quayside:
Quayside Cottage is a one-bedroomed bungalow, Gold Award 4-star rated by Visit England. This is traditional accommodation of separate sitting room, dining in the conservatory, modern fitted kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite shower room and separate WC.
- Heating is via modern wall-mounted electric convector heaters, plus underfloor heating and heated towel rail to the shower room and electric coal-effect stove in the sitting room.
- Satellite tv and radio channels and cd/dvd player.
- Wireless broadband connection.
The Boathouse is a one-bedroomed two-storey dwelling, Gold Award 5-star rated by Visit England. This is modern open-plan design leading from kitchen to dining to sitting area, open-tread staircase to first-floor double bedroom and ground floor bathroom (with bath and separate shower cubicle) situated off the entrance hall for extra privacy.
- Heating is via oil-fired underfloor heating, plus heated towel rail to the bathroom and electric log-effect stove in the dining area.
- Satellite tv and radio channels and cd/dvd player.
- Wired broadband connection.
