Conach Road is a narrow, residential cul-de-sac made up of about 13 predominantly single storey houses and is found within a stones throw of Buttrum’s Mill and Woodbridge’s little part-time police station. There is a very good co-op for papers and provisions a short walk away with Woodbridge town centre and a wider variety of shops, pubs, restaurants, the swimming pool, cinema and river about 15 minutes walk away. There is easy access to the A12 which makes Conach Road an ideal base for those wishing to get out and explore the treasures of coastal and inland Suffolk.

Grebe Cottage is a 1940’s, detached bungalow which has been very thoughtfully and carefully refurbished by the present owners to provide a pleasant and comfortable holiday home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

    

The front door opens into a long hallway off which, to the right, is the sitting room with leather sofas, a living flame gas fire and television with DVD. On the other side of the hallway is a spacious twin bedroom.

Further on down the hallway, again on the right, is the master bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite shower room and adjacent to this bedroom is a second shower room.

    

The spacious kitchen/diner, at the rear of the house, is well fitted and equipped with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, a round table and chairs and has ample dining and cooking equipment. A back door goes out into the rear garden which is hardly overlooked due to the well established shrubs and trees and is mainly laid to lawn.

    

As well as the living flame gas fire in the sitting room, there is gas fired central heating to radiators throughout the house.

The owners also provide pillows and duvets, all bedlinen and towels and there is a radio/cd player, free wifi broadband internet access and a telephone for incoming calls only and 999 emergency calls out.

Beside Grebe Cottage is a long driveway providing private parking for about 3 cars (access is denied to the garage).

One, small well behaved dog is welcome although it should be noted that the garden is not enclosed. Children and smokers are not allowed at Grebe Cottage.
