LBL does
not inspect any of the accommodation nor verify its existence. Therefore, LBL rely entirely on the integrity of the owner/advertiser.
Accordingly, LBL shall not be liable for the content or accuracy of any advertisement on this web site and shall not provide any sort of warranty or guarantee in respect of properties advertised.
All persons responding to advertisements should exercise due care and diligence prior to making a booking.

Privacy Policy
- Linn Barringer Limited will not divulge your personal or corporate information - except that which has been requested to be displayed on a website, web page or listing entry - without first obtaining your prior approval.
- We collect email addresses only through our contact, event, advertising, or enquiry forms – by visitors filling in these forms (subscribing) they are opting-in to receiving further information from Linn Barringer Ltd.
- In the case of Suffolk holiday accommodation, your email address will be used to contact you about holiday properties on JustSuffolk.com and MrsJaneGoodLtd.co.uk.
- You can opt-out at any time - instructions are included in the email.
- The information we send to contacts is infrequent and only about subject in which you have indicated an interest, or occasionally items of general interest.
- Data is held securely and used for email distribution only.
- We never lend, sell or give away your contact information to any agents, companies or other parties, ever. The exception being in the case of Suffolk holiday accommodation (see above).

Google Ads (section added 16 March 2009)
You will see that some of our websites carry "Ads by Google." These are created by Google based on the content of the page you are reading, with the intent of providing you with links to websites that offer related services, facilities, or goods.
In 2009 Google will be implementing "interest-based advertising" using the DoubleClick DART cookie.
Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on LBL's websites.
Google's use of the DART cookie enables them to serve ads to LBL's websites based on your visit to LBL's websites and your visits toother sites on the Internet.

The JustSuffolk.com website is produced, maintained and promoted by Linn Barringer Ltd (LBL). LBL expects and requires its owner/advertisers to maintain high standards of accuracy when describing their accommodation. Any complaints received by LBL regarding accommodation advertised on this website will be forwarded to the accommodation owner/advertiser for their direct response to the complainant. LBL will not enter into communication with, nor act as intermediary between complainant and owner, beyond forwarding the initial comments. LBL reserves the right to remove any advertising at its discretion.
LBL will do its utmost to ensure that the details provided by owners are transcribed according to the advertiser's requirements. If LBL fails in this regard, we will correct any error as soon as is practicable.
LBL reserves the right to change the general design and style of the web site, including the size of images shown on each property page for any reason whatsoever, and without reference to advertisers. If LBL changes photograph sizes for new properties added to the site, existing properties' photographs will not be updated to the new size. (Sentence added 4/8/2008)
For the benefit of potential visitors, advertisers must provide the address of the property to be advertised. If, as preferred, owners also provide a postcode, then a link to a map showing the location will be provided. Owners or Agents must provide their own postal address, because many people will not do business with an advertiser who does not do so.

To reduce the risk of your email address being 'harvested' from JustSuffolk.com, LBL will assign a unique email address for you in the form assignedname@justsuffolk.com. Your JustSuffolk.com email address will be 'obfuscated' to further enhance your email privacy. Emails will be forwarded to your normal email address, with a Subject line indicating an enquiry from JustSuffolk.com. A copy of enquiry emails will be sent to LBL, to possibly assist with any subsequent query regarding email, and to enable LBL to monitor success.

Agents may not advertise only a single property but must add a minimum of five properties. If advertising more than five properties, Agencies will attract a discount.

Photographs and other images
Gold page may have up to eight (8) images, Silver page may have up to two (2) images. Additional images (Gold page only) or replacement images are charged at £6 each, with a minimum charge of £18. (Paragraph added 2 July 2008, simplified 18 December 2008)
Photographs should be sent in .jpg format, of as high a quality, size and file size available to the advertiser.
LBL will re-size images, usually to 180-200 pixels wide (or 180-200 pixels high in 'portrait' format), retaining the same proportions of the original image. The exceptions are the single main photo on Gold pages and the two main photos on Silver pages, which will normally be re-sized to approximately 350 pixels on the longest side.
LBL will not crop or otherwise change the proportion images because this is very time-consuming. If you require particular proportions/sizes, please provide the images that can meet your requirements.
Examples:
You send an original 800x600 pixels image - LBL will re-size it to 180x135 pixels (or 200x150).
You send an original 600x800 pixels image - LBL will re-size it to 135x180 pixels (or 150x200).
You send a non-standard proportion image 753x528 pixels - LBL will re-size it to 180x126 pixels.
By ordering an advertisement, the advertiser is confirming that they either own the copyright in photographs provided to LBL or have received written agreement from the copyright owner to use the photographs for commercial use on a website. Further, the advertiser will indenmnify LBL against any copyright claim. The copyright owner may require attribution for the images, which LBL is happy to provide. Provision and renewal of any time-limited copyright licence is the responsibility of the property owner/advertiser.
The fee for advertising a Gold page on JustSuffolk.com is £36.50 per annum, payable in advance, and will be AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED on the anniversary of this order, each year UNLESS CANCELLED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL DATE.
